Delegates are responsible for submitting their own visa applications through the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission or an Authorised Visa Agent (AVA).

Application window: Visa applications may only be submitted within 30 days of your intended date of arrival. Applications submitted earlier will not be accepted.
Processing time: Most visa applications are processed within 5 working days, excluding the day of submission, weekends, and Singapore public holidays.
Applicants from certain designated countries may be required to submit Form V39A as part of their visa application. This includes, but is not limited to, applicants from Lebanon, Morocco, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria, and Tunisia.
