The Energy Efficiency (EE) market in India has been a sleeping giant for more than two decades now. For a market potential that is estimated anywhere between $10 billion to $35 billion, combined revenues by Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) of about a quarter billion is only a fraction of what exists in similar size EE markets such as the US, Europe, China and Brazil.
