The UNEP Cool Coalition will bring sustainable cooling and heat resilience to the heart of the COP31 agenda, with sessions spanning implementation of the Global Cooling Pledge, National Cooling Action Plans, passive cooling, extreme heat, finance, markets and technology. Through the Pavilion and events across the Blue Zone, the Coalition will convene governments, cities, industry and partners to accelerate the transition from commitments to implementation.
